Near space aircrafts are getting more and more interests from military field. The characteristics of low dynamic aircraft with turbofan engine are analyzed. By investigating the current foreign development situation of the low dynamic aircraft with turbofan engine, the prospects of its military application and the thought about how to develop this kind of aircraft in China are introduced.
